Council Hill (November 30, 2011) – The Creek Nation Casino-Checotah has helped Midway Public Schools in sponsoring $6500 to the athletic program. This funding has helped with a purchase of a new scoreboard and much needed repairs. “We appreciate everything that the Checotah Casino does to help our school”, said John Truesdell, Superintendent.
“It’s always our heart to give back to our surrounding communities during this hard economic time,” said Jason Larney, General Manager, Creek Nation Casino-Checotah.
